Mary E. Bukovitz, MD, FAAP

Dr. Bukovitz was born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania and grew up in Jellico, Tennessee.  Her undergraduate training was obtained at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and she graduated from the University of Tennessee, Memphis Medical School in 1967.  Her internship and Pediatric residency were served at the City of Memphis Hospital.  Dr. Bukovitz founded Hamblen Pediatric Associates in 1970.

Dr. Bukovitz is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  Over the years Dr. Bukovitz has been active in both the medical community of Hamblen County and the Morristown Community.  She is a member of the First Methodist Church of Morristown.

Dr. Bukovitz is married to Dr. Ken Allum.  She has three grown children and several grandchildren.


 

 


 

 

David V. Willbanks, MD, FAAP

Dr. Willbanks was born in Charleston, South Carolina and grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  He graduated from David Lipscomb College in Nashville, Tennessee and attended the University of Tennessee Medical School in Memphis, Tennessee. He performed his internship and Pediatric residency at T. C. Thompson Children's Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  Prior to completing his residency in Pediatrics, Dr. Willbanks spent two years in West Africa as a medical missionary.  He joined Hamblen Pediatric in 1973.

Dr. Willbanks is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  He has been involved in both the medical community holding several chairmanships, and the Morristown Community.  He is a member of Church of Christ.

Dr. Willbanks is married to Kathryn and has one son, three daughters and three grandchildren.
 

 

 


 

Larry M. Toffoletto, MD, FAAP

Dr. Toffoletto was born in Chicago, Illinois but grew up in Union City, Tennessee.  He obtained his undergraduate degree from Christian Brothers College and received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences in Memphis, Tennessee in 1986. Dr. Toffoletto completed his internship and Pediatric residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland, Ohio.  He was an officer in the U. S. Navy for three years, two years as a Senior Medical Officer.

Dr. Toffoletto is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.   He joined Hamblen Pediatric in 1992.

Dr. Toffoletto is married to Mary Ann, and they have two children.  They are members of Saint Patrick's Catholic Church in Morristown.

 

 

 


 

Laura A. Powell, MD, FAAP

Dr. Powell was born in Arizona and raised in New Jersey.  She obtained her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 1994. Dr. Powell completed her internship and Pediatric residency at the University of Tennessee, Memphis and at LeBonheur Children's Hospital, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and The Regional Medical Center of Memphis.

Dr. Powell is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.   She joined Hamblen Pediatric in 1997.

Dr. Powell is married to Dan Barber who has one teenage daughter.  She is a member of First Presbyterian Church in Morristown.

 

 

 


 

Renee A. Salansky, MD, FAAP

Dr. Salansky was born and raised in California.  She obtained her undergraduate degree from Tennessee Technological University in 1989 and her Medical Degree from James H. Quillen College of Medicine, East Tennessee State University in Johnson City in 1994.  Dr. Salansky performed her internship and residency at the T. C. Thompson Children's Hospital in Chattanooga and finished in 1998.

Dr. Salansky is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.   She joined Hamblen Pediatric in 1998.

Dr. Salansky is married to Greg and they have two children.  They are members of Manley Baptist Church.

 

 

 

 


 

Casey N. Moss, MD

Dr. Moss was born and raised in the Morristown area. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and graduated from James Quillen College of Medicine, East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN, in 2004. Dr. Moss's intership and residency was completed at East Tennessee State University in June 2007.

Dr. Moss is Board Certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Casey N. Moss, MD, FAAP joined the staff of Physicians at Hamblen Pediatric Associates, Inc., October 1, 2008.

Dr. Moss is married to Kara Moss and they have a daughter, Victoria. They attend Heritage Fellowship church in Jefferson City, TN.

 

 

 


 

Kimberly Lee Long, RN, PNP

Ms. Long is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.  She was born in Greenville, Tennessee and raised in Morristown.

She attended Carson Newman College where she graduated with her BSN degree.  Ms. Long graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville where she trained as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and obtained her Masters in Nursing.  She joined Hamblen Pediatric in 2003.

She is married to Scott Long and attends First Baptist Church in Morristown.

 

 

 

 

 



 

Ashley K. Williams, RN, PNP

Ms. Williams is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She was born in Waynesboro, PA and raised in Chambersburg, PA.

 

She graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Bio-Behavioral Health. Ms. Williams attended Vanderbilt University where she obtained her Master’s of Science in Nursing. She joined Hamblen Pediatric Associates in August 2011.

Ms. Williams is married to Brian Williams and they have 2 children. Ms. Williams and her family attend Arrowwood Church in Talbott.
